Does this trousersuit really suit Tess? Miss Daly steals the spotlight in a very bright (and revealing) orange outfit

By SIMON CABLE

Standing out: Tess Daly arrived at the TRIC Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel yesterday in a very bright orange trousersuit

Standing out in such a glamorous crowd was never going to be easy.

And Tess Daly certainly didn’t take any chances – opting for this fluorescent orange trousersuit.

Just in case the colour wasn’t enough of a head-turner, the £445 Max Mara outfit was open at the back and featured wide-legged trousers split revealingly to the thigh.

The 41-year-old Strictly Come Dancing presenter opted for the garish garment as she arrived at the Television and Radio Industries Club Awards yesterday.

She teamed it with chunky gold bangles and rings.

Miss Daly was joined at the awards, at the Grosvenor Hotel in Central London, by the stars of Strictly Come Dancing, including Anton du Beke and Brendan Cole.

Revealing: The palazzo pants featured a daring split to the thigh, showing off plenty of leg

The BBC show collected the award for best reality TV programme. Chris Evans was the biggest winner, picking up two awards, for best radio personality and best radio programme for his Radio 2 Breakfast show.

Eamonn Holmes was honoured with the TV personality prize, while Top Gear was named best TV entertainment programme.

It was a year ago that Daly’s marriage to fellow presenter Vernon Kay, 36 – with whom she has two children – was rocked after it was revealed he had sent seedy texts to a string of girls.

Soap stars: Jennifer Metcalfe (left), who plays Mercedes McQueen in Hollyoaks, and Katherine Kelly, who plays Corrie's Becky, also attended

Kate Garraway was nominated in the Newscaster or Reporter category this year and was joined at the bash by a host of TV celebrities including fellow presenters Holmes and his wife Ruth Langsdale.

Soap stars Jennifer Metcalfe, who plays Mercedes McQueen in Hollyoaks and Katherine Kelly, who plays Corrie's Becky, also attended.

On-screen lovers: Brooke Vincent and Sacha Parkinson, who play the soap's young lesbian couple Sophie Webster and Sian Powers also attended

Kelly's colleagues Brooke Vincent and Sacha Parkinson, who play the soap's young lesbian couple Sophie Webster and Sian Powers, were also on the guest list.

But it wasn't all about the girls, as Peter Andre was among the male faces at the star-studded bash.

He stood and patiently posed for the cameras unlike presenter Keith Lemon, aka Leigh Francis, who larked about as he made his grand entrance.

Brightly coloured: Gloria Hunniford and Florence Welch stood out in their choice of outfit

It takes two: Eamonn Holmes and his wife Ruth Langsford and Christine and Neil Hamilton were also among the guests at the celebrity bash

Chris Evans picked up two awards for his BBC Radio 2 show today but admitted he still had one unfulfilled ambition - to write a hit Hollywood film.

The star said he had started writing a script for a 'rites-of-passage' film several times but never finished it.

He said: 'I'd love to write a movie. I've had loads of gos, I've got loads of half movies.

'It was always rites of passage, I was trying to come up with the answer to The Graduate but then American Beauty came along and did that so I'll have to figure something else out.'

The calm and the crazy: Peter Andre looked dapper in his suit as he posed for the cameras while Keith Lemon, aka Leigh Francis, larked about as he walked inside

Preview: 'Glee' Presents 'Original Song', Kathy Griffin and Loretta Devine

Mr. Schue comes up with the idea to do two original songs for their Regionals performance, one of which is 'emotional' for Rachel.

It is a revolutionary episode for "Glee" next week. Rachel and the New Directions gang would debut two original songs, "Get It Right" and "Loser Like Me", one of which is written specifically for Lea Michele's character.

With Sue Sylvester coaching Aural Intensity, Blaine and the Warblers' dynamic set list and tough judges Tammy Jean Albertson (guest star Kathy Griffin) and Sister Mary Constance (guest star Loretta Devine), the kids of New Directions decide the only way to win Regionals is to write and perform their own original songs. Meanwhile, Quinn is hell-bent on getting Finn back and ruling McKinley once again.

To TV Guide, show's music producer and songwriter Adam Anders talked about "Get It Right" which has the lyrics, "My best intentions keep making a mess of things / Just want to fix it somehow." He said, "I've watched Rachel struggle. She's always trying to do the right thing, or thinks she's trying to do the right thing... and it always gets messed up. 'Get It Right' is her asking when things are going to work out. It's really emotional. I think it will bring you to tears... I hope."

Regarding the other song, Anders said, "It's an up-tempo, positive, fun, summery hit. It definitely makes you feel good from the outset... It makes being a loser a cool thing. It flips it on its head."

New Video: Snoop Dogg's 'Boom' and Melanie Fiona's 'Gone and Never'

While Snoop Dogg spends the night at a club with T-Pain, Melanie Fiona enjoys her time alone as she struggles to mend her broken heart.

Two music videos have gone viral at almost the same time. One featuring T-Pain is to support Snoop Dogg's club-ready song "Boom", and the other is filmed to promote Melanie Fiona's ballad track "Gone and Never Coming Back".

Snoop, along with T-Pain, rocks an underground party in the "Boom" video which is set "after the fall of the American empire [when] survival is hard." Melanie, meanwhile, has quite a different video. This Canadian R&B singer doesn't party nor mingle with her pals, but rather copes with her aching heart alone.

"Boom" is included in Snoop Dogg's forthcoming 11th studio album "Doggumentary" which is slated for March 29 U.S. release. As for "Gone and Never Coming Back", it is expected to appear in Melanie Fiona's next studio installment "The MF Life" which is reportedly due in July.

Oh dear...! Kate Garraway reveals her pale underwear through her black harem trousers

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Hidden at the front... revealing at the back: Kate Garraway showed off a black harem pants outfit as she arrived at the TRIC Awards - which showed her white undies as she stuck out her bottom for the cameras

If you're going to wear a fashionable sheer black harem jumpsuit then make sure you wear dark underwear that can't be seen underneath.

And if black knickers aren't an option or you're in too much of a rush to find a pair, then whatever you do, don't draw attention to your bottom.

Something that Kate Garraway should have taken on board when she arrived at the TRIC Awards (Television and Radio Industries Club) in London yesterday.

The Daybreak presenter posed for the cameras in her on trend black harem jumpsuit as she arrived at the bash.

Her blonde hair had been trimmed and straightened and she accessorised the outfit with a red clutch bag and bright green shoes.

But it was when she turned round that her fashion mistake was all too clear to see, as she stuck out her bottom revealing white pants underneath.

Jumpsuit queen: Kate has a thing for the all-in-ones as she wore a bright blue outfit to the Daybreak studios this morning

But despite her mistake, Kate looked stunning in the black outfit, and is clearly a lover of jumpsuits, having worn a bright blue one to wear on Daybreak yesterday morning.

While the 43-year-old certainly seemed confident in her electric blue ensemble, Daybreak host Adrian Chiles wasn't so sure.

The presenter embarrassed Kate by teasing her about her outfit choice live on the show.

What's wrong with it? Kate looked shocked when her outfit choice was called into question live on the air on Daybreak this morning

Chiles asked her: 'Talk us through that outfit. Did you parachute in today?'

Only recently, Chiles teased her about a pair of colourful shoes that she wore on the show and Garraway acknowledged that he was teasing her about her whole ensemble today.

But she didn't let the ribbing get to her, smiling and laughing as she posed at the annual awards ceremony, held at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, later in the day.

Red faced: Adrian Chiles poked fun at the presenter's jumpsuit, asking, ''Talk us through that outfit. Did you parachute in today?'

Kate was nominated in the Newscaster or Reporter category this year and was joined at the bash by a host of TV celebrities including fellow presenters Eamonn Holmes and his wife Ruth Langsdale.

Tess Daly, Coronation Street stars Brooke Vincent and Sacha Parkinson, Jessie Wallace and Jennifer Metcalfe all attended.

Fashion fail: It's not the first time Kate's wardrobe has been victim of Chiles' teasing

What's happened to the glamour Kelly? Ms Brook is dressed down AGAIN

Not exactly power dressing: Kelly Brook wears tight jeans and patterned vest as she heads to a meeting at the Chateau Marmont yesterday

As one of Britain's most popular models, Kelly Brook is known for her glamourous fashion sense.

But since relocating to Los Angeles this year in a bid to boost her acting career, it appears the brunette is forgoing her usually polished appearance in favour of casual clothing.

As she went to a meeting at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood yesterday, the 31-year-old was wearing yet another pair of jeans and a pin vest.

Building her career: Brook has been in Los Angeles since January in search of acting roles

Wearing barely any make-up, the former Big Breakfast presenter gave a slight nod to glamour with her peep-toe pink heels.

Over the past few weeks, Ms Brook has been photographed repeatedly in leggings, jeans and T-shirts.

On Saturday, she was going for another casual vibe in a white sheer tunic, khaki green shorts and sandals as she went for a stroll with rugby player boyfriend Thom Evans.

Fresh-faced: The 31-year-old was wearing minimal make-up as she arrived at the Chateau Marmont

She even admitted on her Twitter page she kept getting snapped when she was dressed down, admitting the paparazzi were nowhere in sight whenever she did make an effort.

She wrote: 'Today put on a full face of make up and wore heels, not one pap in sight! Why do they always get me looking dog rough? It's like they know!!'

Brook arrived in LA in January in a bid to reignite her acting career after the success of horror film Piranha 3D - in which she had a small role.

Miss casual: Brook in khaki shorts and a tunic on Saturday (left) and in leggings and hoodie last Thursday (right)

Over the past few weeks, she has been doing modelling shoots, attending auditions and keeping in shape with Pilates classes.

She has been rumoured to be starring alongside Michael Madsen in horror comedy Burn Off.

While she's working in LA, Brook is currently renting a £6,000-a-week house in Hollywood.

More incriminating Lindsay Lohan footage aired on US TV as she reveals plans to sue the store who released it

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

The moment of truth: The image of Lindsay Lohan putting on the necklace she was accused of stealing which aired last night on Entertainment Tonight

Things appear to be looking worse and worse for Lindsay Lohan as US showbiz news show Entertainment Tonight aired yet more incriminating footage of the actress reportedly stealing a $2,500 necklace.

The brief clip, which was the second part of a three night segment shows Lindsay, 24, inside the store and the moment she actually tried the necklace on.

The star then puts her own necklace on over the top and wanders around the shop in a move that Entertainment Tonight's expert Marcia Clark, a former deputy district attorney, describes as behaviour of 'a typical shoplifter.'

Distraction: The actress then wanders around the store wearing the necklace even texting on her phone

Clark also says she believes the video puts Lindsay 'in very hot water,' after analysing the tape on behalf of the TV show.

Lohan displays erratic behaviour after putting the necklace on, pacing up and down, touching the necklace on her chest and looking at other items as she chats to her friend and the store clerk.

The actress is said to be considering suing the jewellery store where she allegedly stole the $2,500 gold and diamond necklace.

Her mother Dina has revealed they are considering a lawsuit against the shop in Venice, Los Angeles, after the owners reportedly sold the surveillance footage of the incident for a reputed figure of more than $35,000.

It comes after the Kamofie & Co.said its business had been damaged by the media attention surrounding the alleged necklace theft by 24-year-old Lohan.

Lawsuit: Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina has revealed the family are considering suing the jewellery store where she allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace in January after it sold the surveillance footage

Texting away: Lohan seen here in CCTV footage inside the Kamofie & Co jewellery store in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, on January 22 when she is accused of stealing the necklace

Dina told RadarOnline: 'Once again, celebrities are faced with the possibilities of their normal daily activity being filmed and sold without their knowledge and their consent, and our family is looking into formal legal action.'

Her lawyer Stephanie Ovadia told the website that the Lohan family had contacted her and she is now investigating the situation.

She said: 'We are looking into the unauthorised use of an image, invasion of privacy, unjust enrichment, and other possible legal avenues.'

Lindsay is next due to appear in court over the case on Thursday.

Prosecutors claim she walked out of the store on January 22 and walked out wearing the necklace without paying.

But the case could now be harmed by the sale of the CCTV evidence, which was aired on U.S. channel Entertainment Tonight on Monday evening.

Walking in: The actress in a surveillance camera still entering the shop. Part of the footage was aired last night in the U.S. on Entertainment Tonight with more set to be screened tonight

In the video footage Lindsay is seen texting and trying on multiple pieces of jewellery in front of a clerk in the Southern California store.

Snippets of the footage taken were aired on Entertainment Tonight after the show obtained nearly 45 minutes of footage from the store's four security cameras, which captured the actress smiling as she entered the shop.

Lohan returns to court on Thursday, when her lawyer will tell a judge whether the Mean Girls actress will accept a plea deal in the felony grand theft case that guarantees a jail sentence.

The video was sold by a representative of Kamofie to a commercial images unit of The Associated Press, which then licensed it exclusively to Entertainment Tonight.

Christopher Spencer, a crisis management expert who represents the jewellery store, explained in a statement the reason the footage was sold.

'Most important, we were upset with the various mischaracterisations we were seeing and hearing about the video and its contents, and we felt the video should be allowed to speak for itself,' Mr Spencer's statement read.

Scene of the incident: Th Kamofie & Co. jewellery store in Venice, Los Angeles where Lohan spend around 45 minutes on January 22

'There were also many media inquiries asking for release of the video, which is not any sort of secret evidence. The bottom line is we felt there was far too much speculation about the video recording, and that it was right for the public to be able to see the video itself.'

A website, necklacevideo.com, has been registered and may be used to stream the video online at a later date.

The footage's release could impact Lohan's criminal case, which is the most serious charge the troubled actress has faced.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz has promised to send Lohan to jail if she accepts a plea deal to end the case early.

The surveillance video almost certainly would have been aired at a preliminary hearing if Lohan decided to fight the case.

'With regard to the question of Lindsay Lohan's guilt or innocence, we repeat that Kamofie and Company never gave permission to Ms Lohan to remove the necklace from the store,' Mr Spencer said in his statement. 'The rest is up to the jury.'

Hide and seek! Pregnant Victoria Beckham dresses dark but fails to hide her growing baby bump

By SARAH FITZMAURICE

Dark designs: Victoria Beckham arrived in Heathrow head to toe in black but she kept her baby bump covered

With pretty pastels and bold colour blocking prevalent in current spring and summer shows, Victoria Beckham is not taking on the trend.

The expectant mother opted instead for an all-black outfit as she arrived at Heathrow airport earlier today.

The expectant mother was looking chic as she jetted into the UK. But while her dark look could simply be a style statement, it is more likely a disguise for her growing baby bump.

The fashion designer arrived into London in a loose-fitting top, smart blazer and over-the-knee suede stiletto heels.

The 36-year-old kept most of her face covered with a pair of oversized sunglasses from her own collection - even her nails were painted black.

Her bright gold watch on her left wrist and the chain of her bag were the only elements of her outfit breaking from the colour palette, which is often worn for a slimming effect.

The mother-of-three, who is expecting her fourth child this summer, covered her stomach with a similar handbag to her own Hexagonal Chain crocodile bag, £8,950, from her line, but failed to hide her swelling stomach.

Style statement: Victoria arrived at the airport in over-the-knee boots, a black jacket and loose-fitting top while carrying her bag across her front

Victoria soon revealed the reason behind her visit to Britain - for a meeting with Range Rover - on her Twitter page.

David visited the Los Angeles Children's Hospital yesterday with his LA Galaxy team mates as part of the Galaxy Caravan - Countdown to Kick Off Event

Last year, Victoria was unveiled as the designer of the interiors for the Range Rover Epoque.

She wrote : 'Working with Range Rover. The car looks amazing...

'Sun is shining in London... I feel good! Thank you for such kind messages! Good to be in London.'

Last week speculation surfaced that Victoria may know the sex of her baby after all.
Victoria, who has three sons by footballer husband David, has always insisted she has no idea if she is carrying a boy or a girl.

But her footballer husband David, 35, then told pals in New York they did know.
Actress Eva Longoria has now booked LA’s Chateau Marmont Hotel for a baby shower in July, when the child is due.

It is thought that Eva visited the famous celebrity haunt last week to ‘put the wheels in motion’.

A source told the Mail on Sunday: ‘They know the sex of their baby, which is helpful for Eva – she plans to fill the suite with balloons, and rumour has it that they will be pink, not blue.’

Brave Lily Allen arrives in Paris to meet her wedding dress designer, Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Smiling again: Lily Allen poses with Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld at his Autumn/Winter 2011 show in Paris, after revealing he will create her wedding dress

She has shunned the spotlight and kept quiet since tragically losing her baby late last year.

But today the brave singer was back in the limelight as she attended the Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week.

The 25-year-old headed to Karl Lagerfeld's studio to discuss plans for her wedding dress, before going to the Grand Palais to see his latest collection.

Brief sojourn: Lily popped over to Paris today to watch the Chanel show before heading back to London on the Eurostar

Photographed outside Lagerfeld's studio, she said: 'I’m here to see Karl for my wedding dress.'

Allen is set to wed builder Sam Cooper - who she started dating in summer 2009 - later this year.

Supporting the brand, Allen was carrying two Chanel quilted handbags, which she teamed with a tweed coat and ballet pumps.

As she headed back to her Gloucestershire home, via London on the Eurostar, she tweeted: 'Chanel show in Paris was lovely. On my way home now, think I might hide for a while.'

Coveted seat: Lily sat in the front row next to TV presenter Alexa Chung

Wedding belle: Lily, who modelled for Chanel two years ago, will wear the designer's dress on her wedding day

Allen's brief appearance in Paris came as she spoke about her two miscarriages in a clip from her forthcoming Channel 4 documentary Lily Allen: Riches To Rags.

The singer, who lost her child last year six months into her pregnancy after an earlier miscarriage in 2008, says: 'It was a really long battle - and I think that kind of thing changes a person.'

She reveals her pain at the loss in a new show that charts her venture into fashion as she opened up Covent Garden vintage boutique Lucy In Disguise with sister Sarah Owen.

Lily also reveals in the documentary - which filmed her between March and October last year - that she suffered with an eating disorder.

Raw: Lily has opened up about the tragic loss of her baby in a new Channel 4 documentary

‘There was a point last summer (2009) where I had an eating disorder, I used to vomit after meals,’ she said. ‘It is not something I am proud of. But I tell you what, a lot of people used to come up to me and tell me how great I looked.

'And I was on the cover of every magazine with them saying “Lily is looking amazing – look how much weight she has lost”.

‘I thought I looked good. It was great to try on clothes and walk out of the shop feeling a million dollars. When you have been a victim of people saying the complete opposite, you want more of it.

‘But I wasn’t happy, I really wasn’t. I would like to be the skinniest, mini-est person in the world, but I know I can’t do that without being unhappy. I like my food.’

Emotional: The TV show Riches To Rags followed the singer for several months to chart her foray into fashion

‘People who are famous and successful and live in this mad world tend to die really early, or kill themselves, or die in a drugs overdose. I’d rather not so I figure I will go and eat,’ she said.

‘My idea of hell would be doing this in 25 years’ time. I don’t want to be like Madonna – look at her, she’s mental. No offence, but that is not what drives me. I want to get married and have kids and make sandwiches cutting the crusts off.’

The documentary was filmed before Miss Allen suffered her second miscarriage last November. She was devastated after losing the baby boy she was expecting with fiancé Sam Cooper. The film crew went back to continue filming her story after her loss. In the programme, which airs next week, she spoke of her recovery as ‘a really long battle’.

Frank: Lily and her sister and business partner Sarah Owen discuss their difficult relationship

Her plans to marry Mr Cooper appear to be going full steam ahead. She arrived in Paris this week to watch the Chanel fashion show and meet designer Karl Lagerfield. ‘I’m here to see Karl for my wedding dress,’ she said.

However yesterday she was feeling less than thrilled with life if her posts on Twitter are anything to go by. ‘Have just Googled myself, am depressed.

'Going home and switching off broadband. I just get upset when some people can’t see how nice and brilliant I am. Good day to you all.’

• Lily Allen: Riches To Rags starts on Channel 4 on Tuesday 15 March at 10pm.

Nicole Kidman perfects her off-duty mother look as baby Faith makes her public debut

By SIMON CABLE

Hello world: Nicole Kidman's two-month old daughter Faith Margaret makes her public debut

Keith Urban unveiled a blurry shot of his and Nicole Kidman's baby girl Faith Margaret earlier this year at the SAG Awards.

And now, the sweet two-month old has made her first public debut after being born via surrogate on December 28.

Baby Faith slept soundly in her carrier as she arrived at a San Francisco airport with the 43-year-old actress, Urban and their other daughter Sunday Rose, to board a private plane.

Nicole appears to be immersing herself in her new role as full-time mother, after announcing recently that she is taking a six-month sabbatical from Hollywood to devote time to her growing brood.

Off duty look: After announcing she will take a six-month sabbatical from acting, Nicole has already perfected her casual mother style

The Rabbit Hole star, who was nominated at this year's Academy Awards for her role in the film as a distraught mother dealing with the loss of her son at an early age, has perfected her off-duty look.

From her loose, untucked shirt to comfy chinos and hurriedly clipped-up wet hair, she looks like any recruit to the maternal circle.

Growing brood: Nicole arrived at a San Francisco airport with husband Keith Urban and two-year-old daughter Sunday Rose

Rocker Keith Urban also dressed for comfort in a brown hoodie jumper and black tracksuit bottoms and a brown leather backpack.

In fact, two-year-old Sunday Rose was by far the most stylish of the clan, in a sweet floral top and jeans.

Miss Kidman also has two adopted teenage children with ex-husband Tom Cruise.

Vintage Nicole: Old shots of the actress on Australian television in 1983 have also emerged

Early days: A fresh-faced Nicole appeared on Young Talent Time, the show which made Dannii Minogue famous, to promote her first film
She gave birth to Sunday Rose after trying to start a family with Urban for more than a year.

We are more used to seeing Nicole dressed to the nines in Christian Dior or L'Wrenn Scott on the red carpet, but her laid back style today harks back to her early appearances in the industry.

Today vintage shots of Nicole on Australian television in the Eighties emerged, which are sure to have her cringing.

Cringeworthy hair: Nicole made her big screen debut at 16 in BMX Bandits, but she may not be pleased about this old footage seeing the light of day again

The actress sported unruly corkscrew, frizzy curls at the start of her career, as she promoted her first film BMX Bandits on Australia talent show Young Talent Time.

Nicole appeared on the show, which made Dannii Minogue famous, as a 16-year-old in 1983.

It's official: Charlie Sheen fired from Two And A Half Men

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Fired: Charlie Sheen has officially been sacked by Warner Bros., who own his hit TV show Two And A Half Men, pictured here today with one of his girlfriends Natalie Kenly in Los Angeles

Fall from grace for $2m-an-episode star as contract is terminated

Sheen is now preparing to sue Warner Bros and show creator Chuck Lorre

'This is good news because now I can take all of their bazillions,' he says

Letter firing actor stated he 'appears to be very ill' and referred to drug habit

No decision has been made on the future of the series

Just days ago Chalie Sheen said he was 'close' to working out a deal for his return to Two And A Half Men.

But negotiations officially ended today after Warner Bros announced the 45-year-old star has been fired from the company.

A statement released today read: 'After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen's services on Two and a Half Men effective immediately.'

In character: He played the role of Charlie in the CBS show, a hedonistic jingle writer, seen with co-stars Jon Cryer, left, and Angus T. Jones

The studio that produces the CBS series said the decision was made after 'careful consideration'.

Sheen's erratic personal life had prompted Warner to suspend production on the show for the season, and Sheen in return had been waging an angry media campaign against the show's producers.

No decision has been made on the future of the series, Warner Bros added in the statement.

Sheen is now preparing to file a lawsuit against Warner Bros. and the show's creator Chuck Lorre, according to RadarOnline.

Showing off: Seen here kissing one of his porn star 'Goddesses', Natalie, during his internet TV show

Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer told the celebrity website that a termination of contract letter was received shortly before 2pm today.

The letter stated that Sheen, who was paid $2m an episode 'engaged in dangerously self-destructive conduct and appears to be very ill'.

'Warner Bros. position is ridiculous,' Singer told the website.

'We will proceed with our claims against Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. Nothing has changed in terms of that.'

Losing it: Charlie Sheen recorded a second installment for his own internet TV channel which aired last night

TMZ.com has also published a statement from Sheen, reacting to the termination of his contract.

It read: 'This is very good news. They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of their bazillions, never have to look at whatshiscock again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension.'

Last week Singer sent a letter of CBS and Warner Bros. threatening legal action and claiming Sheen's contracted had been violated.

In it Singer threatened to sue to companies if Sheen is not paid in full for the rest of the season, which was put on hiatus last month after the star's 36-hour cocaine binge with a gaggle of porn stars.

Fallout: Sheen has made a series of disparaging remarks in recent weeks about the show's producer Chick Lorre, pictured together here in 2009 when Lorre received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

Singer told TV show bosses Sheen was ready to return to work and take part in the next season too.

Sheen is now expected to demand payment for the ninth season of the sitcom in a lawsuit which has yet to be filed.

Celebrity website TMZ.com claims to have received a copy of the letter sent to Sheen by Warner Bros.

In it the company goes on to describe Sheen trashing the Plaza Hotel in New York last year, his coke binges, on-set failures because of drug-use and his recent diatribes against the show's creator Lorre.

The letter apparently explains the decision by Warner Bros. to fire Sheen by stating there is a clause in his contract stating a performer can be sacked if they commit 'a felony offense involving moral turpitude'.

Awarded: Seen here in March 2008 accepting the award for outstanding actor in a television comedy for Two And A Half Men at the NCLR Alma awards in California

It reads: 'There is ample evidence supporting Warner Bros. reasonable good faith opinion that Mr. Sheen has committed felony offenses involving moral turpitude (including but not limited to furnishing of cocaine to others as part of the self-destructive lifestyle he has described publicly) that have 'interfere[d] with his ability to fully and completely render all material services required' under the agreement.'

Sheen's lawyer responded to these claims, telling RadarOnline: 'Last year, they told Sheen he could plead guilty to a felony and still do the show,” said Singer.
'Now they are just upset because they say he disparaged Chuck Lorre.

Porn star pal: Kacey Jordan pictured this week in New York at the Post Porn Star Pageant. She was with Sheen on the night of his 36-hour cocaine bender last month

'We intend to file suit against Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre and everyone involved.'

Two weeks ago Sheen declared himself free of drugs after having personalised rehab at his Beverly Hills home.

He demanded that production of Two And A Half Men continue, but Warner Bros. have been unhappy that Sheen refused the help of an outside treatment facility.

Sheen made a series of insulting remarks about producer and co-creator Chuck Lorre in radio and Internet interviews.

The exes: Denise Richards, left, takes daughters Sam and Lola to Maddy's Market in California and, right, Brooke Mueller out and about with her twin boys, Bob and Max at The Grove in Los Angeles

Sheen has since given a slew of rambling, sometimes manic interviews, despite insisting he is drug-free after a period of at home rehab in January.

His contract, which has now been terminated, had been due to run until the end of the 2012 TV season.

Two and a Half Men is an American television comedy series which premiered on CBS on in September 2003.

Sheen was on board from the start along with co-stars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones.
The show is about hedonistic jingle writer Charlie (played by Sheen), his uptight brother, Alan; and Alan's growing son, Jake.
